Technické štandardy, ktoré za posledných 40 rokov vytvorilo IEEE 802 LMSC (Local Area Networking/Metropolitan Area Network Standards Committee), boli nevyhnutné na to, aby umožnili dodávateľom komponentov, produktom, systémom a službám dátovej komunikácie ekonomický a rozsiahly prenos.
Webinár sa zaoberá práve sieťovými štandardmi a bude zahŕňať témy (ďalej v anglickom jazyku):
- how the 802 members continue their work globally during this trying time;
- discussion on applications and use cases enabled by 802 technical standards, from the smallest IoT devices to massive data centers to global connectivity;
- new work and emerging technologies under consideration and how new ideas are brought into the organization;
- the role of 802 technologies in connecting the world during the COVID-19 pandemic.
